中信建投证券有限责任公司是经中国证监会批准，由中信证券股份有限公司和中国建银投资有限责任公司共同发起设立的全国性综合类证券公司。公司主要业务包括：证券经纪、证券投资咨询、与证券交易和证券投资活动有关的财务顾问、证券承销与保荐、证券自营、证券资产管理、证券投资基金代销、为期货公司提供中间介绍业务以及中国证监会批准的其它业务。

　　中信建投证券于2005年11月2日正式成立，注册于中国北京，注册资本金27亿元。其中，中信证券股份有限公司出资比例为60%，中国建银投资有限责任公司出资比例为40%。

　　中信证券股份有限公司是中国中信集团公司控股的国内第一家公开发行上市的证券公司，也是第一批取得创新试点资格的证券公司。根据中国证券业协会统计，近年来中信证券资产规模、利润总额、净资本及净资产等指标在全行业中一直名列前茅。

　　China Jianyin Investment Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned investment company wholly controlled by Central Huijin Investment Ltd. and an investment institution authorized by Chinese government. With the registered capital of RMB 20.69 billion, China Jianyin Investment Co., Ltd. has prominent strengths and advantages in assets management, capital operation, enterprise restructuring,and investment management.
